VAT is charged at 17.5% and included in all of our prices, you will receive a separate VAT invoice from us for your records.

VAT Exemption

If you are eligible for VAT exemption please contact us at sales@haute-couture-bathrooms.co.uk with your name, address and telephone number and a member of our sales team will contact you. You can email your VAT exemption form over to us at sales@haute-couture-bathrooms.co.uk or fax it to: 01603 410 493 

Deliveries

The cost of delivery is included in our prices to all UK mainland destinations. For destinations outside the UK mainland please contact our sales team at sales@haute-couture-bathrooms.co.uk with your name, address and telephone number for a shipping quotation.

Delivery Lead Times

Where items are held in stock we will try to deliver on a next day service however some of our products have a lead time of up to 6 weeks. Please contact us to check availability before placing your order. To ensure a next day delivery is possible or if you need an item delivered on a specific day then please contact us.
